The aim of this interviews is to make a description of the telecommunications infrastructure and its development and maintenance models in the studied regions, to make a forecast of the development, and to make suggestions for the development and maintenance for those regions, where it is needed. Also, policy level suggestions will be made for regional authorities, governments and EU-officials.
Survey find out the business needs of ICT, attitudes and maturity to ICT-solutions. The survey will also define the barriers and obstacles, as well as potential solutions to accelerate the uptake of ICT.
