Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences is a public educational institute, owned by the municipalities of Kemi and Tornio, Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences provides higher education and adult education as well as development, research and consultant services in three different units within five areas of study: Business and Culture, Engineering and Technology, Social and Health Care. Kemi-Tornio University of Applied Sciences has also several years experience on coordinating and participating EU funded projects.
